First United Methodist Church of Paso Robles is an inclusive and affirming community of Christian faith. We believe that God’s love and grace are generously offered to ALL people – no exceptions, no exclusions. 

Here you will find a group of imperfect people who are paying attention to what’s happening in the world as they pay attention to their own sometimes-faltering efforts to become more like Jesus. We don’t just go to church because that’s what we’re supposed to do; we want to come together – for learning, for comfort and support, and for being challenged to think and act with justice, kindness, and generosity.  We rely on a God who knows you by name and loves all of who you are. No matter where you’ve come from or where you are going, how much you already know or don’t know, what you believe or what you may doubt, what you have or don’t have; and no matter the color of your skin, who you love or how you identify – all of who you are is welcome here.
